Boost your mood up.

Sometime the things never happen according to us. But give in is not a process to go through. You may feel helpless but hope is somewhere around. This hope will make you sure to fight back. When you are not feeling good then you need to do something apart from your routine work. 
Good exercises boost up you to stay healthy. It has a long term benefit. 
Eating healthy diets are necessary for physical activity and also for boosting brain and in developing good mood. Sleeping habit provides energy to body and boost up the mood.
